DANIEL WOLLERSHEIM

Daniel J. Wollersheim, age 78, of Neenah, passed away early Sunday, June 20, 2010. He was born December 13, 1931 to the late Jacob and Florence (Van Linn) Wollersheim. On June 27, 1959 he married Gloria Eake. Daniel was a graduate from Neenah High School and had worked for Kimberly-Clark for over 40 years. When he wasnt working, he could be found doing what he loved: fishing and hunting with his sons. He enjoyed living on the lake, and was a charter member of Paynes Point Hook and Spear Club. Daniel is survived by his wife of 50 years, Gloria; seven children: Paul (special friend Jean) Wollersheim; Jeff (Kathleen) Wollersheim; Bruce (Kelly) Wollersheim; Bonnie (Vince) Merry; Wendy (Mark) Skogen; Dawn (Todd) Hanson; Brian (special friend Megan) Wollersheim; sixteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He is further survived by his sister Nancy Bricco; and his brother Muriel Kuehnl. A Memorial Gathering for Daniel will be held from 11:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 24, 2010 at Neenahs Westgor Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Rev. D.J. Engelbrecht officiating. Daniels family would like to welcome only relatives and Daniels closest friends to join in his remembrance. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Daniels name.
