MARGARET WILSON

Margaret A. Wilson, age 84, died peacefully on Sunday, August 2, 2009 at Valley VNA Assisted Living. Margaret was born in Toronto, Canada on September 9, 1924 to Agnes and George Beedham. Margaret graduated from the University of Toronto in Chemical Engineering where she met and married her college sweetheart, Bill Wilson, on June 7, 1947 and moved to Neenah, Wisconsin in 1952. She was an expert archer, an excellent seamstress creating beautiful smocked dresses and had a passion for painting and knitting. Margaret was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be deeply missed by her children: Anne Peterson (Tim), Barbara Wilson (Bill Gulvas), Steve Wilson (Abby), Laura Kienbaum (Paul); daughter-in-law, Julie Wilson; ten grandchildren: Lauren, Andrew, Jenna, Matthew, Sarah, James, Kathleen, Daniel, Bridget, and Martha; and sister-in-law, Eileen Collings. She was preceded by her husband, Bill and son, Russell. A private memorial service will be held. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donation may contribute to the Alzheimers Association or a charity of your choice. The family wishes to express their gratitude to the staff at Valley VNA and HomeInstead Senior Care for the loving care given to their mother.
