GWEN THEABO

Gwen L. Theabo, Menasha, age 46, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 13, 2009, at Cherry Meadows Hospice. She was born April 26, 1962 in Appleton, daughter of Marlin Butch and Jan (Boardman) Erdmann. Gwen was raised in Menasha and employed with SCA Tissue for 28 years. She fought a courageous battle and was inspirational to all that knew her, always strong and never complaining. Gwen loved life and never stopped living it. She loved to spend time with her family and friends, playing cards, shopping, watching the Packers, NASCAR, and Frasier, decorating for the holidays, going to the PAC, dancing, her new home, her different hairstyles, eating pizza, the color blue and God. But most of all she loved her sons Jared and Jacob. Survivors include her sons, Jared Theabo and Jacob Theabo; her mom, Jan Erdmann; a sister, Tammy Erdmann and her fiance, Terry Filen and his daughter, Jennifer; two brothers: Brad (Heather) Erdmann, Brian (Jackie) Erdmann; nieces, Tiffany Erdmann and Kayla Casperson; a nephew, Chris Gerhardt; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Gwen was preceded in death by her father, Marlin Butch and her maternal and paternal grandparents. A Funeral Services will be held on Monday, March 16, 2009, 11:00 AM, at Peace Lutheran Church, 1228 S. Park Ave., Neenah, with the Rev. Terry Ahlemeyer officiating. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Menashas Westgor Funeral Home and again at the church on Monday from 9:00 AM until the time of service. Interment will be in Resthaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in her name.
