ROBERT ZEMKE

Robert P. Zemke, Neenah, age 73, passed away following a short illness on Friday, October 9, 2009 at Theda Clark Medical Center. He was born July 7, 1936 in Neenah, son of the late Paul and Myra (Whitmore) Zemke. Robert served in the US Army as an MP from 1959-1961. He was employed with Kimberly-Clark for over 40 years until his retirement in 1994. Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at his cottage in Minocqua. Survivors include two children: Sue (David) Tebo, Appleton, Paul Zemke, Neenah; two grandchildren: Colleen and Brandon; his twin brother, Richard (Barbara) Zemke, Neenah; two nephews: David Zemke, Beloit, Brad (Sara) Zemke, Neenah; and a niece, Brenda (Jim) Rucinski, OK. Robert was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Louise. The Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 15, 2009 at Neenahs Westgor Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4:00 pm until the hour of service. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery.
