CAROLYN GREGORY

Wayne and Carolyn Gregory, of Neenah, age 64, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 4, 2010, following a tragic car accident. Carolyn was born May 22, 1946 in Milwaukee, daughter of the late Russell and Clara (Satter) Danielson. Wayne was born December 10, 1945 in Neenah, son of Victor and Hannah (Anderson) Gregory. Wayne and Carolyn were married on August 15, 1970 in Poplar, Wisconsin and they resided in Neenah since 1976. Carolyn was employed with Copps/Pick n Save in Neenah where she worked in the Deli. She worked for over 15 years until her retirement in May of 2008. She enjoyed cross stitching and making Christmas ornaments and she loved butterflies. Wayne was employed with Bergstrom/Glatfelter Paper Mill as an electrician until his retirement in 2005. He enjoyed reading and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. Wayne and Carolyn were active members of Our Saviors Lutheran Church of Neenah where they served as Ushers and helped on several mission trips to New Orleans and overseas. They enjoyed traveling together and geocaching. Wayne and Carolyn were also very interested in genealogy and following their family tree. Survivors include their son, Timothy Gregory, Fitchburg, WI; Waynes mother, Hannah Gregory, Neenah; Waynes brother, Gene Gregory, Neenah; Waynes sister, Dianne Eisenach, Kill Devil Hill, NC; and numerous cousins, other relatives and many close friends. They were preceded in death by Carolyns parents; Waynes father; a brother-in-law, Steve Eisenach; an aunt, Gertrude (Paul) Davis; and an uncle, Lee Satter. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 9, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, 809 S. Commercial St., Neenah, with the Rev. Catherine A.K. Mode officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday evening from 4:00 " 8:00 p.m. at Neenahs Westgor Funeral Home and at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
