ELAINE FREIER

Elaine R. (nee Conjurske) Freier, age 83, of Neenah passed away on October 26, 2010 following a massive stroke. She was born in Manitowoc on February 3, 1927 to Joseph and Josephine (Smith) Conjurske. Elaine is survived by her three children, Steven Freier of San Mateo, CA; Nancy Freier of Neenah and Michael Freier of Menasha. Elaine is also survived by a sister, Inez Mitchell of CA, and grandsons Brett and Dylan Pender. Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers and sisters: John Conjurske, Claire Conley, Martha Bieberitz, Thomas Conjurske, Rose Warme, Amelia Cater, Irvin Conjurske, Cecelia Elston, Robert Conjurske and former husband Eugene Freier. Elaine was retired from Kimberly-Clark where she worked in Infant Care Research & Development as a lab technician. She enjoyed making prototypes for new product designs. Elaine will be remembered for her green thumb and love of flowers. There was always a bouquet on the table. She had a wonderful sense of humor, loved to read books, horoscopes and play bingo. She enjoyed visitors, family picnics, and adored her three kids and two grandsons. Elaine's motto was that nothing was worth crying over and that everything is all right. Funeral service will be held Friday, November 5, 2010 at 1p.m. at Westgor Funeral Home, Neenah. Rev. Dottie Mathews will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Neenah following the service. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Elaines family would like to thank the staff at American Grand Assisted Living Suites for the care and kindness they gave her. She will be deeply missed.
