ARNOLD BERTON

Arnold Eli Berton, Arnie , Alexandria, VA, age 42, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, December 10, 2012, due to a tragic car accident in Washington D.C. He was born July 17, 1970, in Neenah, son of Thomas and Barbara (Foster) Berton. Arnold graduated from Neenah High School and attended College in Minnesota. He went on to pursue his love of music and writing. Arnold had produced a music CD and he also had published one of his many poems. One of his passions was his love of golf. In these last years, while working in his trade of home restoration and remodeling, he came to know his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Arnold knew that his Redeemer lives and now he sees his face. Survivors include his parents, Thomas and Barbara Berton; his twin sister, Annette (Gary) Thiel; four more sisters: Cynthia (Michael) Weiland, Mitzie Dedering, Lisa Kaye, Pamela (David) Marta; and a brother, Ryan (Julie) Berton. He is further survived by eight nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles. The funeral service for Arnold will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 17, 2012 at Neenahs Westgor Funeral Home, with the Rev. Kenneth Berndt officiating. The visitation will be held at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
