DAWN EAKE

Dawn Kay Eake (nee: Pues) age 45, of Larsen, Wisconsin, passed away unexpectedly on January 1, 2013. She was born May 30, 1967, in Neenah, the daughter of Edna (Wostenberger) Pues and the late Gerald Pues. After graduating from Neenah High School in 1985, she married Tom Eake on November 15, 1986. Dawn liked being outdoors. She enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, four-wheeling and relaxing by the bonfire. She also enjoyed collecting bears, scrapbooking, and spending time with family and friends- especially her grandchildren. Dawn will sadly be missed by her husband of 26 years, Tom Eake, her two children: Candy Eake (Jesse Kopesky), and Joshua Eake (Clarissa Lessor); three grandchildren: Madison, Paige and Landon; her mother, Edna Pues; two sisters : Yvonne (John) Jesse, Jeanne (Doug) Reese, and her aunt , LeaAnn Pues. She is further survived by her father-in-law, Kenneth A. Eake, sisters-in-law: Lindy Eake and Kathleen Eake, brothers-in-law: Steven (Carol) Eake, Ron Eake, Dan (Karen) Eake, Joey Eake (Amy Busse) and Keith (Rhonda) Eake; and her two beloved dogs, Bear and Harley; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Gerald Pues, mother-in-law, Ruth Eake, brother-in-law, Kenneth J. Eake, and her godfather, Tony Pues. The family would like to thank the ICU staff at St. Elizabeths Hospital for their dedicated care. The funeral service for Dawn will be held Saturday, January 5, 2013, at 4:00 p.m., at Neenahs Westgor Funeral Home, with Rev. James Deckert officiating. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. Saturday until the hour of the service at the funeral home. If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, Id walk right up to heaven and bring you home again
