PER THOMSEN

Per N. Thomsen, of Neenah, age 9, passed away at home from cancer on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2010. He is now at home with the Lord in a perfect body. Per was born January 11, 2001 in Waupaca, son of Thor and Kristen (Heisler) Thomsen. Per loved attending Hoover Elementary School and spending time with his friends and classmates. One of his favorite things to do was to help serve breakfast monthly at the Emergency Shelter of the Fox Valley in Appleton. He loved attending family camp at Camp Forest Springs in the summer. He was cherished by his big sister, Audrey. Survivors include his parents: Thor and Kristen Thomsen; his sister, Audrey; grandparents: Paul and Julie Thomsen, Sturgeon Bay, Alice and Ron Ertel, Bloomingdale, IL; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives. A memorial service for Per will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2010, at Calvary Bible Church in the multi-purpose room, at 10:00 AM, with the Rev. John Hartenberger officiating. Refreshments will be served afterward. Visitation will be held on Friday at Neenahs Westgor Funeral Home from 4:00 " 7:00 PM. A memorial is being established for Camp Forest Springs, N8890 Forest Lane, Westboro, WI 54490, and the Emergency Shelter of the Fox Valley, 400 N. Division St., Appleton 54911.
