Obituary
Kelvin Scott Brighum, Menasha, age 39, passed away at his home unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 24, 2009. He was born August 20, 1969 in New London, son of the late Melvin and Shirley (Otto) Brighum. Kelvin graduated from Little Wolf High School in Manawa. He was employed with Plexus Corp. for 13 years as a Process Advisor. Kelvin enjoyed fishing, disc golfing, bowling and working on his house. A loving father, he also spent countless hours with his children and step-children. Kelvin was a computer genius and gamer and he never backed down from a challenge. Survivors include his three children: Brandon, Courtney and Ellie Brighum; two step-children: Abigail and Devon Coon; two sisters: Sheryl (Lydell) Pethke, Sheila Reszczynski and her special friend, Scott Ehricke; three nephews: Kyle and Christopher Reszczynski, TJ (Amy) Larsen; five nieces: Tanya Klotzbucher, Rachael, Bridget, Amber and Cassidy Pethke; a great-niece, Jaden; a great-nephew, Braiden; his fianc, Mayme Kathryn Malnory and her family: Jeff, Ruth Mom and Karlie Malnory (soon to be sister-in-law). He was preceded in death by a brother, Kurt; and his grandparents. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 PM on Monday, June 29, 2009, at Menashas Westgor Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM until the hour of service. Interment will be in Little Wolf Cemetery in Manawa. A memorial is being established in his name. Kelvin, There are not enough words to tell you how much the children and I love you! We will always remember the special times we shared. You will be greatly missed. You were our angel here on earth and now you are our guardian angel! We love you and always will! Mayme, Brandon, Courtney, Abby, Devon and Ellie.

Kelvin I am very sad to get this information. i was so looking forward to our mini class reunion at molly's this summer! Though i have not seen many of the 87 classmates in some time it was so fun to reconnect a bit thru facebook. your family is beautiful! You will be missed by all!
