STACY CLOHESSY

Stacy L. Clohessy, Scott , age 42 of Neenah, passed away on Saturday, July 11, 2009 at Theda Clark Medical Center, being hospitalized since April 1st due to an auto accident. He fought a courageous battle. He was born on June 17, 1967; the son of Leonard L. Clohessy, AZ and Linda J. (Norton) Conley, Neenah. Scott was married to Ronnette R. Rubsam on January 18, 1991 in Oshkosh. Scott was born in Arizona, then moved to Oshkosh, settling in Larsen for most of his childhood years; Wisconsin was truly his home. Since the age of 17, he worked as a carpenter for several companies. He was a very dedicated, hard working and motivated person and enjoyed time with his coworkers. Scott was very fun loving, loud and was the life of the @#$%^&* party. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed participating in fishing tournaments. A true outdoorsman, he loved to be outside and to cook what he caught. He loved having people over for cook outs and parties. Everyone who knows Scott knew that he would have done anything for his family and friends; he was a man of great character. Scott is survived by his wife of 18 years, Ronnette; 3 children: Stuart, 17, Tanner, 16 and Rachel, 12, Clohessy, all at home; his special buddy Taxx; sisters: Melinda Clohessy, Oshkosh, and her children: Joshua, Jannelle, Jasmine and Crystal, Rhonda (David) Prieto, Oshkosh, and their son, Travis; brother, Joey (Kim) Clohessy, Neenah, and their children: Violet, Patience and Anthony. He is also survived by his in-laws, John and Sharon Rubsam, Townsand; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Bob (Tricia) Rubsam, Neenah, and their children: Adam and Alex, Tammy (Jim) Powers, Black Creek, and their son Jack, Charlotte (Greg) Friedrich, Menasha, and their children: Emily, Foster and Ashton, Tony (Leah) Rubsam, Madison, as well as a brother-in-law, Bill Loughman, Houghton, MI, and his children: Evan and Abby, many cousins, nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Cherise Loughman, who passed away in 2001 and a nephew Gavin Friedrich, who passed away in 2001. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday, July 16, 2009, at Neenahs Westgor Funeral Home from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM with a Time of Remembrance and Sharing at 5:30 PM. Inurnment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund in Scotts honor has been established for his children. In Scotts honor, no need for formal dress; remembering who you are coming to see. Please come as you are. The family would like to extend a special thank you and appreciation for the staff at Theda Clark Medical Center for their wonderful care of Scott and our family.
