Loving Memory It is with grateful hearts that we announce the peaceful passing Barbara Dianne Barber, 59 of Appleton, WI who passed away Monday July 20th 2009, at St. Marys Medical Center in Knoxville TN. Dianne was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother and is survived by her husband Leland Barber, her daughter Jennifer Uhri (John) of Indianapolis, and her son Geoffrey Barber (Shannon) of Neenah. Diannes five grandchildren: Ryan and Joshua of Indianapolis and Jericho, Alexander and Makayla of Neenah, will greatly miss her and will always love their Grammy . Dianne was born and raised in northern Virginia. She was the youngest of three children, and leaves her mother Barbara Leith and her sisters Kathy Welch (Jan) and Carol King (Tom) of Sevier County, TN to cherish her memory. She has resided in Appleton since 1978. Many were blessed to have known Dianne, and she touched many lives. To all of her family, dear friends, and adopted kids , thank you so much for all your thoughts prayers and support in these final months, and thank you for enriching Diannes life while she was with us. We are grateful to the staff of St. Marys Medical Center in Knoxville for the loving care and support for Dianne and the family in her final days. Dianne can now have the peace and serenity she has deserved for so long. Please join us to celebrate Diannes life with us at her memorial, Friday July 24, 2009, 3 pm, at Menashas Westgor Funeral Home. Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1 pm until the hour of service. Flowers are welcome or for memorial contributions, the family has designated the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, for the research of a cure.
