The Van Veghels were congregation members at St. Mark Lutheran Church, Neenah. Eileen taught Christian education (Sunday School) for many years and served on the Youth Committee. She had a deep devotion to her family and strong faith in Jesus. The family enjoyed being outdoors-fishing, camping and boating, and Eileen loved playing cards. She was a die hard Packer fan and loved her Packer Sundays. Survivors include her husband, Joe; her daughter, Kayla; her mother, Emily; her sister, Karen (Stephen) Forslin-Bojnansky, Lisle, IL; two brothers: Glenn (Susan) Forslin, San Ramon, CA, and Brian Forslin, Appleton; father-in-law, Johannes Van Veghel, Appleton; and three sisters-in-law: Johanna (Mike) Heller, Larsen; Ruth (Ed) Drehnel-Reid, Kaukauna; and Christina (Brian) Ness, Black Creek. Eileen was preceded in death by her daughter, Amber Ann, her father, Ronald, and mother-in-law, Barbara Van Veghel.
