Obituary
Jorraine “Jackie” Goodman age 84 of Neenah, WI and The Villages, FL passed away peacefully on October 30, 2016. She was born February 16, 1932 to the late Martin and Elenore (Schedler) Kuehl in the town of Caledonia, WI. She graduated from New London High School in 1950. Jackie married Leland “Lee” Goodman on July 26, 1952 at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Readfield, WI. In her early years she worked for Gus Zuehlke in what would become Valley Bank in Appleton, WI. For 25 years she was employed by the Red Fox Credit Union as their President. Later she served at other credit unions retiring in 1994.
Jackie was an active member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Neenah, WI and an associate member of Hope Lutheran Church in The Villages, FL. She also enjoyed doing volunteer work. Jackie and her husband enjoyed traveling the world. She considered her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren her greatest treasures and had an active social life with many friends.
Jackie is survived by four sons, their wives and one daughter-in-law: Steve (Pati), Rob (Cathy), and Peggy all of Neenah, WI; Kevin (Linda), of Belle Plaine, WI, and Tim of Olathe, KS. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren: Marc, Michael (Lauren), David, Jonathan, Nicole, Lance, Amber, Jessica, Andrew (Abbie), Meghan, Colin, Alex (Kelly), and Adam (Julie) as well as four great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Jackie is further survived by two brothers: Orlin (Marilyn) Kuehl and Marlin (Audrey) Kuehl; two brothers-in-law Charles (Beverly) Goodman and Glenn (Lee Ann) Goodman; and three sisters-in-law: Carol Goodman, Ruth (Ed) Klitzke, and Sharon (Pat) Nachtway.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lee Goodman, son Brian Goodman, sister Carol (Arden) Toepke, sister-in-law Rita (Earl) Schroeder, and two brothers-in-law Donald and Lloyd Goodman.
The Funeral Service for Jackie will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 4, 2016 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, 809 S. Commercial Street, Neenah with Rev. Catherine A.K. Mode officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Entombment will be at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton.
In Lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in her name.
