Obituary
John Richard Stolla, age 86, died Saturday afternoon, November 26, 2011 after a short battle with cancer. John was born December 8, 1924 in Menasha. He attended school in Menasha and served in the U.S. Army in World War II. He is survived by his wife, Perry Lou, who he married 54 years ago. He is also survived by two sons: John and Thomas (Cynthia); two grandchildren: Matthew and Josie; and two step-grandchildren: Neil and Natasha. He is further survived by many nieces and nephews and their families. John was preceded in death by his parents, John and Frances Stolla; a brother and his wife, Alfred (Frances) Stolla; and three sisters and their husbands: Marie (Alex) Suttner; Regina (Louis) St. Louis; and Agnes (Robert) Lindberg. John wished to have his body donated to the Medical College of Wisconsin. A memorial service will be held at a later date.

I am so sorry for your loss. May "the God of all comfort" (2 Corinthians 1:3,4) comfort and soothe your heart. His promises, found in the Holy Scriptures, can offer much hope. It assures us at John 5:28,29 that our loved ones will be remembered and brought back to life in the resurrection. Please allow God's Word to strengthen you and help you to endure this most difficult time.

I'm gonna miss my partners dad very much because he was one of the nicest human beings I ever met in my life. He joked around from time to time and enriched the lives he touched. PPl like him are few and in between. WE miss you John. Our loss, and Gods gain. Mike and John.
