Don was a long-time friend of my family from our days of living in Neenah. It was like a reunion to get together with the Buchtas, and I always enjoyed seeing him on my annual visits to Neenah. I'm pleased to have had lunch with him and Jan just 4 months ago on Sanibel Island. Together with Phyl, they were two of the finest people I have ever known. They contributed generously to their community, and will be fondly remembered by everyone who knew them.
