KARL OLIVER

Karl K. Oliver, age 77 of Neenah, passed into the arms of Jesus Saturday, June 02, 2012. He was born December 16, 1934 to the late Max Kainz and Alma (Reuter) Kainz-Oliver in Milwaukee. On January 15, 1957, he married Sandra Lueschow. Karl served in the U.S. Army, Airborne Division on the frontlines in Korea during the Korean War. After his service, he attended UW-Madison and graduated with a degree in chemical engineering. He then worked for many years at American Can and Kimberly-Clark. He enjoyed spending time with his family and reading to his grandkids. He was an avid beekeeper and enjoyed working on his property. His passions were for Badger football, health and nutrition, biking, and especially dancing. He was also a very faithful man who loved going to church. Karl will be sadly missed by his wife of 55 years, Sandy; his daughters, Karlene (Jerry) Clunie, Milwaukee; Christine (Brett) Armstrong, Neenah; his grandchildren: Alicia (Aaron) Crass, Olathe, KS; Matt Armstrong, Neenah; and Aaron AJ Armstrong, West Point Military Academy, West Point, NY. He is further survived by his sister, Amelia Rosenheim; his brother-in-law, Lloyd (Shirley) Lueschow; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his mother and father-in-law, William and Alice Lueschow; and his brother-in-law, James Rosenheim. Private family services will be held for Karl. Interment will be in Verona Cemetery, Verona, Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Calvary Bible Church made in Karls name would be appreciated.
