TERRY PIERCE

Terry A. Pierce, 60, of Menasha, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, June 3, 2012, at Theda Clark Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Terry was born March 22, 1952, the son of Margaret (Knutson) Pierce, Menasha, and the late Darold Pierce. He was united in marriage to Edith Poole on May 16, 1980. Terry was employed with the Soo Line Railroad (Wisconsin Central) from 1974 until 1991. He enjoyed classic rock music, doing puzzles and crosswords, and lived to fish! Terry was an avid collector of stamps, coins, knives, and swords. He liked playing chess and reading mystery novels. Survivors include his mother, Margaret, and wife, Edith; a brother, Kevin Whitcomb and his children: Jiri, Kye, Isaac, and Kesi; three sisters: Ginger (Dan) Keberlein and their son, Brian, and daughter, Sarah Falsey; Annette Kearn and her daughters, Michelle Rudolph and Melanie Thurber; and Rachel Pierce. A memorial time of remembrance for Terry will be Sunday, June 10, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Menashas Westgor Funeral Home. The family will greet friends from 10:00 a.m. Sunday until the hour of the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Terrys honor is being established.
