VIRGINIA SELLE

Virginia Marilyn Selle (Nipko), age 85, died unexpectedly on May 1, 2011 at Theda Clark Medical Center. She was born on June 21, 1925 to the late Will and Olga Nipko. Ginny grew up in the Poy Sippi area where she met and married Marvin Selle on July 3, 1943. Ginny enjoyed many years of boating, card playing, dancing, and Winters in Florida. Ginny will be greatly missed by her husband, Marvin; daughters: Jane Arps, Sharon (Delmar) Tesch, Joan (Rich) Sczerzen, Susan (sp. friend Tim) Burr; grandchildren: Randy Tesch, Karen (Kevin) Kraus, Wendy (Dan) Velie, Dawn Melzer, Rick (Tena) Arps, Shelly (Scott) Burkett; 10 great grandchildren; sisters: Alice Jorgensen and Gladys Jorgensen; special friend Ellen LaMarche; as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Barbara; brother, Herb Nipko; parents-in-law, Fred and Elva Selle; brothers-in-law, Tom Jorgensen and Ray Jorgensen, sister-in-law, Lyda (Arden) Hansen. The Christian Funeral Service for Ginny will be held on Thursday, May 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Neenah with Rev. Jon Gallatin officiating. Friends will be received on Wednesday evening, May 4, from 5 until 7 p.m. at Neenahs Westgor Funeral Home, and again on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the hour of service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Ginnys name to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
