Obituary
Dorothy M. Acheson Apitz went home to be with her Lord and Savior Wednesday, May 4, 2011 at the age of 87 in Neenah. She was born December 29, 1923 to the late Henry and Olga (Juedes) Behnke in Oshkosh. She is survived by many loving children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as many other family members and friends. Dorothys family would like to extend a warm thank you to the nurses and staff of Vallhaven Care Center for their loving care, kindness, and support over the years.

I have alot of fun memories with Dorothy, many years ago, Blackie the pony, backing the car in the ditch,in the countryside with my mom ,smith's that use to live in the the back of the green house in the trailer ,and of course otto wheel ,and wiggs, Rest in peace Dorothy..

I've had the pleasure of knowing Dorothy for the last few years. I will miss her beautiful smile & miss her daily sheepshead lessons! Dorothy will surely be missed by everyone who knew her.
