RUTH HELLER

Ruth M. Heller, age 92, formerly of Neenah, passed away early May 20, 2011. She was born May 6, 1919 to the late August and Rose (Beck) Pomerenka in Menasha. Ruth was a longtime member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Neenah where she was a member of the Ladies Circle. She was also a former member of Germanias having served as a Secretary. In her working years, she was employed by Kimberley-Clark and Marathon Company. She also enjoyed golfing and cooking. Ruth is survived by her son, James Heller; brother Robert (Cleo) Pomerenka; and brother-in-law Hubert Dorshner; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Heller; brother, Richard Pomerenka; sister, Rose (Louis) Borree; infant sister, Dorothy; and sister-in-law Vanda (Elmer) Brockman. A funeral service for Ruth will be held Monday, May 23, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Rev. Tony McKenzie officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
