WILLIAM BRANDENBURG

William L. Brandenburg, 64, Town of Menasha, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2012, at home. Bill was born February 19, 1948 in Neenah, Wisconsin, the son of Arthur and Valeria (Wangelin) Brandenburg. He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed following the Packers and Brewers, both in good times and in bad. Bowling was also a favorite sport. But his passion was golfing and he enjoyed many hours on the links with friends and toured a number of courses around the country. Survivors include his brother, Terry Brandenburg, West Allis, and two nieces, Kristin and Karen Brandenburg, Milwaukee. He is further survived by an uncle, Kenneth Abraham, Fremont, cousins, other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents. The Christian Funeral Service for Bill will be on Tuesday, May 8, 2012, at 11:00 am at Trinity Lutheran Church, Neenah. Visitation will begin at church at 9:00 am until the hour of the service. Interment will be in the Wolf River Cemetery.
