BRENT REPPERT

Brent Arlen Reppert, 68, of Neenah, WI, passed away on July 18, 2013, from a long, courageous battle with cancer. Brent was born in Osawatomie, KS on May 24th, 1945. He graduated from Osawatomie High School and continued on to receive a B.S. in Chemistry and then an M.B.A. from the University of Kansas. Brent married Carla Ann Bretthauer on January 20, 1979 at First Presbyterian Church in Neenah, WI. Brent worked previously for Arthur Anderson (in Kansas City, MO), and then for Kimberly Clark (in Neenah, WI and Las Colinas, TX) as an auditor and later as a communications analyst, retiring in 2005 after 30 years of service. Brent enjoyed playing the trumpet and was actively involved in the Neenah Community Band and Happy Wanderers German Band. Brent is survived by wife Carla; sons Nelson Adam Reppert, Forth Worth, TX and Kyle Andrew Reppert, Omaha, NE; daughter Elizabeth Ann Kastl and her husband Tyler, Sioux Falls, SD; granddaughter Fiona Kastl; sister Brenda Johnson and her husband Tom; and loving nephews and other relatives. Brent is preceded in death by his parents, Nelson and Isabel Reppert, and his brother, Nelson Lance Reppert. A private funeral service will be held in Osawatomie, KS. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Westgor Funeral Home of Neenah, WI, and Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home of Osawatomie, KS. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to The American Cancer Society. The family of Brent Reppert wishes to thank his oncologist Dr. Anthony Phillips, the staff of Cherry Meadows Hospice, and Alta Resources for their loving care.
