FRANCES KNIPFEL

Frances M. Knipfel, age 87 of Neenah, passed away peacefully early Saturday, November 13, 2010. She was born December 14, 1922 to the late Arnold and Mary (Meyer) Brunn in Neenah. Frances worked many years as a floral arranger at Linsdaus Florist in Menasha. She was a very loving woman who very much enjoyed spending time with and taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, having traveled near and far to do so. She was also one to make sure the holidays were special for the whole family. Frances is survived by her daughters: Sandra (Bill) Beyer; and Lana (Dick) Sprague; as well as her grandchildren: Troy Beyer; Tammy Hoffstatter; Tanya (Pete) Kons; and Travis (Vicky) Beyer; her great-grandchildren: Lance Corporal Dylan Hoffstatter; Amara Hoffstatter; Cresha, Corisa and Conan Kons; Tristan and Ethyn Beyer. She is further survived by her sisters: Marie Tollard; Bernice Bodde; brother-in-law Morris Beck; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her sisters: Dorothy Beck and Marcella (Stanley) Buck; grand-daughter-in-law Sue Beyer; sister-in-law Mercedith Dengel; and brothers-in-law Chester Tollard; Albert Bodde; and Harold (Irma) Knipfel. A funeral service for Frances will be held Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. at Neenahs Westgor Funeral Home, Rev. Paul Holte officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service.
