EDITH KEARN

Edith M. Kearn, age 95 of Menasha, passed away peacefully early Thursday, March 18, 2021. She was born on April 9, 1925 to the late August and Marie (Decker) Forslund and lived in Menasha all her life.  In June of 1947, she married Kenneth Kearn. Together they had seven children.

Edith will be remembered as a happy, witty woman who enjoyed her grandchildren. She loved shopping with the girls, rummage sales, travelling, bowling, playing Yahtzee and reading.

She is survived by her children: Dennis (Leanne) Kearn; Karen (Bob) Rudloff; John Kearn; Rick (Laura) Kearn; Diane (Jim) Hoffmann; and Wendy (Victor) Berndt; by 21 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren; all of whom she loved dearly. She is further survived by her sister-in-law, Dorothy Forslund.

Edith's husband Ken preceded in her in death in April 1969; as did her son, David in February 2014, and her grandson, Corey in 2013.. She was also preceded by her brother, Leon Forslund in 1996.

Per Edith's request, no formal funeral service will be held. She will be interred with Ken at Resthaven Cemetery, Menasha.
