STANLEY CLARK

Stanley E. Clark, age 89 of Neenah, died Monday, September 3, 2012 at Theda Clark Medical Center. He was born February 10, 1923 in Saskatchewan, Canada, the son of George and Mary (Doering) Clark, and moved to Oshkosh, WI as an infant. On December 19, 1942 he married Shirlee Worden in Oshkosh. He served in the US Army 146th Combat Engineers in WWII and participated in the D-Day invasion of Europe. He was employed by Kimberly Clark Corp. for 40 years. In 1955 he and his family moved to Neenah. Stanley is survived by his wife, Shirlee; son Dennis (Juva) of Corvallis, OR, and their children, Leo and Michelle Clark of OR; Prama Florence Clark of CA; daughter Jill (Lee) Storch of Neenah, and their son, Kevin (Heidi) Storch of GA; and daughter Lisa (Allan) Bell of Appleton. He is further survived by two great-grandsons, Jackson and Brody Storch. A memorial gathering for Stan will be held Friday, September 7, 2012 from 5:00 P.M. until 6:30 P.M. at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home, followed by an informal memorial service and military honors. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice. The family would like to thank the staff at Valley VNA for the kindness and care they provided Stan.
