Obituary
Michael C. Olson, Menasha, age 59, passed away Monday, December 14, 2009 at Theda Clark Medical Center. He was born February 22, 1950 in Neenah, son of the late Carlton Bud and Dorothy (Stahl) Olson. Mike graduated from Neenah High School, class of 1968. He married Shirley Brandtmeier on November 10, 1973. Mike was employed for 39 years with Theda Clark in Food Services until his retirement in 2007. He enjoyed camping and his dogs and was a life-long member of Martin Luther Church of Neenah. Survivors include his wife, Shirley; a son, Peter Olson, Menasha; a sister, Pat (Don) Ehrenberg, Neenah; his dog, April; and numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws. The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, December 17, 2009 at Martin Luther Church, with the Rev. Richard I. Krahn II officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 AM until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established for the church or Neenah Animal Shelter. Special thanks to Dr. David Schultz and the ICU staff of Theda Clark for all their wonderful care of Mike.

Hello Peter...(and mom), I just read the obituaries, and I did a double take... I re-read it about ten times...thinking about all of you. I thought back to the times I would see you at you at Shopko..then at Theda Clark, and how I would tease you guys..saying.."hi Peter..and mom and dad" jeez, seems like just yesterday. If I could take off of work for the funeral, I would in a second..but I can't.. I will be thinking of you though...as I'am now... and hope the next few days will be kind to you.. Shirley, My deepest sympathy to you and Peter both. I know how difficult it is loose someone you love. You can take comfort knowing Mike is in Heaven with Jesus. What a wonderful way for Mike to spend Christmas, with his Lord and Savior. May God bless you both. Sally

Mike, we met way long ago when I found the love of my life, your sister, Pat. We've known each other for so very long. We've been through good times & bad. You are now in Heaven with Jesus Christ our Saviour. No more will you have the sufferings that sin has brought upon us in your life. No more tubes, no more pain, only the blessed bliss of being in the mansions of Heaven. As Christ has taught us, "I am will you always, even onto the end" BE THOUGH FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH, AND I WILL GIVE YOU A CROWN OF LIFE. You were my only brother-in-law, and I'll remember you always!!
