Obituary
Shirley M. Boylan, of Oshkosh, age 79, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2009, at Harbor House Assisted Living Center in Oshkosh. She was born on May 31, 1930 in Iron Mountain, Michigan; daughter of the late Adolph and Barb Krall. Shirley grew up in Iron Mountain; she met Patrick at a roller rink in Michigan and they were married in November of 1949. She liked to cook, bake, read, her flower garden and crocheting; she was a faithful parishioner and enjoyed singing in the choir as well participating in church bingo. She loved her babies ; her children. She is survived by her children: Patricia (Wayne) Hutchinson, Sue Behreandt, Mike Boylan, John Boylan, Tim Boylan, Bob (Nancy) Boylan, Steve Boylan; 7 Grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren with 2 more on the way; a brother Donald Krall; step-brother Joseph Krall; and a step-sister Maryann Krokstrom. She was preceded in death by her former husband, Patrick. The Funeral Mass for Shirley will be held on Monday, June 29, 2009, 12:00 Noon, at St. Mary Catholic Church with Fr. Paul Radetski officiating. The visitation will be at the church from 10:00 AM until the hour of service. Interment will be at Resthaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for Alzheimers Association of Northeastern Wisconsin.
