WAYNE VAN LINN

Wayne Robert Van Linn, age 54, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2009. Throughout Wayne's life, children were his sunshine. From nieces and nephews and their children, to his own. Their happiness was his. After serving in the U.S. Navy, he dedicated his years to providing for his wife and children as a long term employee of Kimberly Clark. During his several months of ongoing health complications, his family, pets, and close relatives brought out his memorable sense of humor and smiles every day. Survivors include his wife, Jan (Zuelsdorf); a daughter, Kimberly; two sons: Brandon (fiance, Jamie), Jason (fiance, India), all from Neenah; other close family: Peter Van Linn Jr., Daniel Van Linn, Shawn and Kay (Meyer) Van Linn, Cheryl (fianc, Matthew LaPointe) Van Linn, John and Cindy (Van Linn) Dennis, Ned and Barbara (Van Linn) Moore, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by parents, Peter Francis, Sr. and Gertrude (Miller) Van Linn, a daughter, Andrea Van Linn, his mother and father in law, Margaret and Wally Zuelsdorf, and two nephews: Justin Sturgis, and Shannon Dennis. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2009, 12:00 Noon, at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Saturday at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Wayne's name may be directed to his family.
