Obituary
On Tuesday, September 12th, in the early hours of the day, our Mom, Grandma Letta, Great Grandma Letta - Arletta June (Ott/Mathison) Levick walked her final journey with "the angels on her shoulders". She would always say this for any of our travels back home. We now send her on a safe travel with her angels.
Mom's wishes for her five children and their children and families; to always keep in touch and be there for each other, no matter what happens. Accept each other and always lend a helping hand in support. Mom also, wanted her family and friends to know, "I have had a good life. I have been blessed with five wonderful gifts (my children) and their children. I love each and every one in a special way. I cannot leave a million dollars, but I leave my love and, hopefully, a few good things that you were taught that you can use in your lives. To my friends, if any left: I have had great times with you all."
Mom was a dedicated employee at Theda Clark Hospital for many years. She lived by example with integrity, honesty, kindness and loved unconditionally.
She is now watching over her children; Tom Mathison, Mark Mathison, Alan Mathison and daughters Dawn (Mathison) Luebke and Joan (Mathison) Kain and loving sister Roene (Archie) Paulson. She was known as Grandma Letta to 14 grandchildren and Great Grandma to of 18 great grandchildren. Maynard Mathison, husband Don Levick, grandson Jacob Mathison, sisters Jeanne (Ott) Ropella and Rhea Ott, brother-in-law Ernie Ropella, and nephew Scott Ropella have all paved the way to welcome her home.
You taught us well, Mom! We loved you here on earth, now we love you with our memories. (FYI-the Brewers won Tuesday night, Schnookie made sure for you!!) Love you and miss you always!

Arletta's family is thankful for Becky from Palliative Care-for the smiles, care and stories; Stacey and the Hospice Team for loving and caring support; Dr. Kimberly Berg for her years of care; the staff at the Heart Institute for giving us more time with Mom and Pastor Jon and Carol for spiritual support and visits.
