PATRICK SLOMSKI

Patrick A. Slomski, age 60, of Menasha passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 2012. He was born on June 7, 1952 in Appleton, son of Shirley (Hoag) and the late Alvin T Slomski. Patrick proudly served his country with the United States Navy. He was a loving father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend. He was very adventurous and his passions were fishing, hunting, flying, scuba diving, camping, and riding motorcycles. He will be sadly missed by his son, Nick; his daughter, Andrea "Dewderbug" (Dale) Bauman; two beautiful granddaughters, Ruby and Jena; his special friend, Kenda Nemeth; his mother, Shirley Slomski; the mother of his children, Susan; siblings: Michael, Daniel (Dottie), Barbara (Jean Claude) Renoux, Val (Dave) Finch, Randy (Debora), Shelly (Tom) Deltour, John, Philip (Fiancee Denise); as well as several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin; his brother, Mark; and grandparents: Ernest and Victoria Slomski, and Walter and Violet Mayer. The Funeral Mass for Patrick will be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Edward Parish in Mackville, with Father Dan Felton officiating. Friends will be received at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service. Full military honors will be performed after the Funeral Mass. Inurnment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Appleton. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
