Irene J. Piller, 99, of Neenah, WI passed away on February 2, 2025. Born on January 1, 1926 to Jacob & Anna Kapfhamer in Medford, WI.
She was a passionate seamstress throughout her life creating gorgeous wedding dresses and prom dress as well worked on alterations. You could always find her sewing and every stitch had to be perfect. She was an amazing cook and baker, especially her amazing pot roast. She loved to dance to polka!
Survived by her daughters Lyn (Tony) Duncan & Barb (Ursala) Piller; daughter-in-law Colleen Piller; granddaughters Kristen (Scott) Roemaat and Rhea (Damien) Rochon- Washington; great-grandson Damien Jr.; sister, Sandy Dahl; many nieces and nephews; her St. Lucien family; and sister-in-law Louise Piller.
Preceded in death by her husband Elmer Piller; son, Dennis Piller; sisters Helen (Pete) Siebel, Eleanor (Sam) Simeca, Florence (Ed) Sloniker; brother, Ed (Angie) Kapfhamer; sister-in-laws Dori, Fern (George) Mindorff, Clarabell (Donald) Kossel, Laura (Bill) Helein; brother-in-laws Arthur (Laura) Piller and Leo Piller.
Irene will be laid to rest at a private family internment in the spring.
Revelation 21:4 And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.
