JESS GILBERT

Jess Scott Gilbert, age 53, of Little Chute, Wisconsin passed away suddenly on July 20, 2015. Jess was born on July 4, 1962 in Neenah, WI to Norman Gilbert and Gwen Dalton. Jess married Rene' Gilbert on August 14, 1999. He was employed by Nestle Pizza for 21+ years. Jess enjoyed four wheeling, camping, jet skiing and riding his Harley. Jess is survived by his wife, Rene' Gilbert; sons: Jonathan (Missy) Gilbert, Renton, Washington; and Joshua and Jacob Gilbert, Little Chute, WI; grandson, Ethan Gilbert; sister, Cindy (Rodger) Hermes; brothers: James Gilbert, Brian (Geanne) Dalton and Terry (Debbie Novak-Shuckhart) Dalton; step-parents, Jay Dean (Steve) Owens; brothers-in-law: Randy (Darlene) Schmidt, Robert Schmidt and Roger Schmidt; 10 nieces, 5 nephews, 6 great-nieces and 7 great-nephews; and also special friends Gary Clark and Chuck Sabel. He was preceded in death by his father, Norman Gilbert; mother, Gwen Dalton; step-father, Owen Dalton; mother-in-law, Betty Schmidt; father-in-law, Harvey Schmidt and brother-in-law, David Schmidt. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 24, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Burial will take place at Highland Memorial Park, Appleton. A memorial is being established in his name.
