TODD BLOCK

Todd Michael Block, 57, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2015 after a brief, courageous battle with cancer. He was born on February 1, 1958 in Neenah; son of the late John and Jane (Steinfort) Block. Todd graduated Neenah High School in 1976. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and his favorite driver, Rusty Wallace; he also was an avid Packers, Brewers and Badgers fan. Todd was very handy and was always willing to help anyone who needed it. He will be deeply missed by his brother, John "J.B." (Linda Gunderson) Block, of MA and his children: Tim (Crystal) Frey, Andy (Michelle) Frey and Ted Block; sister, Nancy (Jack) Dombeck, Neenah and their children: Brooke (John) Hintze, Lindsay (Steve) Aykens, Abby (Drew) Seveland and Shelley (Jon) Ropella; sister, Kim (John) Van Rooy, Winneconne; and former sister-in-law, Lori Block. A memorial service for Todd will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Church, 226 Washington St., Menasha. The Rev. Ralph Osborne will officiate. Family and friends may visit at the church on Friday from 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will take place in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Neenah. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in his name. Todd's family would like to thank Aimee and the hospice staff of The Heritage for their wonderful care and compassion and also to his many friends who came to visit him in his last days.
