DOROTHY MCINTOSH

Dorothy J. "Dottie" McIntosh passed away Friday October 23, 2015 at the age of 61. Dottie was born October 13, 1954 to Paul and Jean Remmel in Neenah, WI. Dottie enjoyed cooking, swimming, dancing, and spending time with her family especially her grand children. Her potato salad was "world famous" and requested at every family gathering. She will always be remembered for living life her own way and for her generosity. She loved sharing recipes and even cooked while on a mission to Mississippi to help out after Hurricane Katrina. Dottie is survived by two sons: Eric Schmidt (Rebecca) and Daniel Schmidt (Megan); five grandchildren; Courtney, Leanna, Tanner, Cassandra, and Caitlin; one great grandchild, Chloe. She is also survived by two brothers: Donald Remmel (Lorraine), David Remmel (Janice); one sister, Doris Krueger (William); one sister-in-law, Mary Remmel; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Richard Remmel. A special thank you to Kathy Pansy for all your help and support of our mother. A memorial service for Dottie will be held at 5:00 P.M. on Monday, October 26, 2015 at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home, Rev. Jill Meyer officiating. A visitation will be held from 3:00 P.M. until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Dottie's name.
