MARY KUBORN

Obituary
Mary A. Kuborn, age 84, passed away peacefully at Oakridge Gardens Nursing Home, on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, with her family by her side. She was born April 20, 1938, in Antigo, WI, daughter of the late Byron and Josephine Johnston.
Mary's family moved to Neenah, and she graduated from Neenah High School in 1956. She married Peter Leininger, and they had three daughters. They later divorced. Mary then married James Kuborn and he preceded her in death in 2013.
Mary was a very complimentary person and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, shopping and doing crafts. She was employed with the Menasha School System in their hot lunch program for more than 20 years.
Survivors include her three daughters: Lori (Jeff) Bedner, Darci (Norm) French, Lisa (Mike) Schreiber; grandchildren: Erik (Lacey) Zuehlke, Aimee Wagner, Bradley Bremseth, Andy (Nikki) Birling, Matt Birling, Brent (Abigail) Schreiber, Alanna (Matt) Maigatter, Sam (Becky) Schreiber, Daniel Schreiber; great-grandchildren: Dayton, Dane and Dylan Zuehlke, Bryce and Reid Wagner, Ben and Kadie Birling, Nevaeh and Noah Birling, Sophia Schreiber, Meila and Ava Maigatter, Kylie and Savannah Schreiber.
Mary was preceded in death by her brother, Wayne Johnston; and sister, Dorothy Magelund.
A private family service will be held. The family would like to thank the staff of Oakridge Gardens for their care and compassion shown to Mary.
