BOBBY GREEN

The one and only Bobby Green went to Heaven to be with his Loving Heavenly Father on April 1st, 2016.  Bobby loved God, family, people and especially kids.  He worked at Crescent Electric for over 25 years, planning for retirement when he could start his dream job-clowning around.  Bobby went to clown school and was trained in balloon twisting, made an extremely special leprechaun and a warm wonderful Santa.  Bobby could be found downtown Appleton at the farmer's market, Quarry Quest, Family Video, Butterfly Festival, Spats or the Thompson Center.  Or you could find Bobo-the clown at birthday parties, family reunions, company picnics or even a wedding. He will be missed and there will be fewer smiles in the world without him.

Bobby Gene Green was born March 27, 1950 in Valdosta, Georgia.  At age seven he moved to Green Bay where he attended school and graduated from Green Bay West.  After graduation Bobby joined the US Air Force and served four years, followed by two years in the reserves.

Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Kathy; two amazing daughters: Natalie Green and Stephanie Green; his mother, Laura VanArk; siblings: Jeff (Debbie) Green, Steve (Deborah) Green, Danny (Gwen) Green, Noelle (Merle) Webber and Tony (Shellie) VanArk; brothers-and-sisters-in-law: Tim and Mary Maertz, Dick and Peggy Olah, Rob and Karen Brown, Bob Bushman and Janet Harder, Dave and Jan Hanke, and Dan Hanke; as well as his loved mother-in-law, Dorothy Hanke.  He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as a world of extremely special friends he loved and who loved him.

A Memorial Service for Bobby will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at Valley Harvest Church, 2216 American Drive, Neenah. Visitation will be at church from 9:00 A.M. until the hour of service.

In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
