TAYLA SLOMSKI

Tayla M. Slomski, of Kaukauna, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 13, 2016.  She was born November 6, 1993 in New London, daughter of Tanya Slomski and Timothy Muskevitsch.

Tayla graduated from Appleton North High School in 2011.  She enjoyed motorcycles.  Tayla loved her family and friends and lived her life to the fullest.

Survivors include her daughter, Evalena; her mother, Tanya (Cliff) Miller; her grandmother, Rosalie Slomski; her fiancé, James Wilson; an uncle, Tad Slomski; and her cousins: Christina, Jennifer and Kaitlyn Slomski.

Tayla was preceded in death by her grandfather, Anthony J. Slomski.

A funeral service will be held at 6:00 PM on Sunday, April 17, 2016, at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home.  There will also be a Mass of Resurrection held at 11:30 AM on Monday, April 18, 2016 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 900 Geiger St., Neenah, with Fr. Larry Seidl officiating. The visitation will be held on SUNDAY from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM at the Funeral Home AND MONDAY at the church from 10:00 AM until the hour of service.  In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
