DOROTHY MILHEISER

Dorothy A. Milheiser, 88, passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015 at Living Tree Estates in Greenville. She was born on August 17, 1926 in Neenah; daughter of the late Albert and Amy (Williams) Leverance. On July 6, 1946 she was united in marriage to James H. "Jim" Milheiser, Jr. Jim preceded her in death on January 13, 2012. Dorothy cherished vacationing with her family at Lake Noquebay near Crivitz. She enjoyed working on crafts, crocheting, sewing and using her skills to create and repair clothing for family and friends. She was also very proud of her doll collection. Survivors include three sons: Richard (Jane) Milheiser, Altoona, Dan (Liz) Milheiser, Neenah and Scott Milheiser, Las Vegas, NV; two daughters: Diane (Dave) Becker, Necedah and Elizabeth Milheiser, Weyauwega. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a sister, Laverne and a brother, Leonard. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim Milheiser; brother, Albert, Jr. and a sister, Amy A private family memorial service for Dorothy will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in Highland Memorial Park.
