Obituary
Mary L. (Ploor) Lacca, age 70, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. She was born on July 25, 1950 in Neenah, WI, daughter of the late Edmund and Marjorie Ploor.
Mary worked at Menasha Corporation until her move to Manistique, MI, where she lived for many years. She also lived and worked in Houston, TX until she decided to move back home to Neenah. Here she worked at Industrial Towel until her retirement in 2016. While working, she was also a special caregiver to her Mom, who she lived with. She was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Neenah.
Mary enjoyed her occasional trips to the casino and watching Packer games. Before her death, she was blessed to meet her adult birth son, George.
Survivors include her sisters: Sherry Ploor, Franklin, WI; Paula Wiegand, Neenah, WI; Peggy Perzentka (John Kudrna), Neenah, WI; and Mona (Mike) Pheifer, Neenah, WI; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Per Mary's wishes, there was a private family service at Westgor Funeral Home on April 29, 2021, officiated by Pastor Tony McKenzie. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.
