Obituary
Clarence Henry Wilz, 96, of Neenah passed away early Friday, October 14, 2016. He was born on May 19, 1920. Clarence married Adeline (Burmeister) on July 10, 1948. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army Air Corp in England during WWII. Clarence enjoyed living on the lake where he could pursue his love of boating and fishing. He also had a passion for hunting and being outdoors.
Clarence is survived by his wife of 68 years Adeline Wilz; daughters Lynn (Steve) Polman and Terri Jo (Thomas) Graverson; five grandchildren: Angela Polman (John Cliff), Todd (Christa) Graverson, Nicholas (Jessica) Polman, Troy (Leah) Graverson, and Trisha (Rob) Ruys; eight great-grandchildren; sister Rita Dercks; and sister-in-law Vivian Wilz.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Kathryn “Kay” Wilz; four sisters: Helen (Charles) Sexton, Marion (William) Van Hoot, Doris (Raymond) Noel, and Gladys (Richard) Gerrits; and two brothers Earl (Catherine) Wilz and Donald Wilz.

The Funeral Mass for Clarence will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at St. Gabriel Parish, 900 Geiger Street, Neenah with Rev. Larry Seidl officiating. Visitation will take place at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the mass. Full Military Honors will follow the service with the Neenah Menasha Veterans Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Clarence's memory. He will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery.
