Obituary
William F. Ravey, age 79 of Neenah, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2016. He was born on November 2, 1936 in West Allis to the late William D. and Virginia (Makovich) Ravey, and served in the Navy from 1955 to 1959. In April 1987 he married Trudy Wingrove.
Bill worked for many years for Libby's in Baraboo and Crown Cork and Seal, but enjoyed being an avid outdoorsman, passionate about hunting, fishing, trap shooting and bird watching. He was a very talented woodworker who could make or fix anything he put his hand on. He was truly a jack-of-all-trades and an avid Packer fan.
Bill is survived by his wife, Trudy (Wingrove); his daughters: Autumn Patton and Renee (Tom) Erickson; his four grandchildren: Alison and Sophie Patton; and Emily and Maggie Erickson. He was preceded in death by his son, Frank; his sisters: Evie, Marlene, Bernice, and Betty.
A memorial service for Bill will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home, Rev. Terry Hamilton-Toore officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service.
