ERMA KUHR

Erma R. (Driessen) Kuhr, age 83, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Friday, November 18, 2016.  She was born to the late Emma and Robert Reese in Navarino, WI on February 11, 1933.  Erma was a woman of strong faith and was a longtime member at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Neenah.  She enjoyed the meat raffle, gambling, and playing Bingo.  Erma was a person who loved to laugh and was very compassionate to everyone she knew.  What she treasured most in life though was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.  She will be dearly missed by everyone she knew.

Erma is survived by her children: Dan (Lisa) Driessen, Cathy Plath, John (Sandy) Driessen, Pat (Cindy) Driessen, Lorrie Davis, Sherri Driessen, Debbi (Jarrod) Kohler, and Steve Driessen; grandchildren: Mike Driessen, Anna Driessen, Travis Driessen, Karri Driessen, Jesse Driessen, Matthew Driessen, Jennifer Driessen, Daniel Driessen, Sarah (Daniel) Schmidt, Brandon Wiese, Briana Driessen, Erikah Frank, Desiree Lipke, and Ryan Driessen; sisters Florance Reese and Laura Nies; and many other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her son David Driessen and sister Edna Reese.

The Funeral Service for Erma will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 200 N. Commercial Street, Neenah with Rev. Sandra Crase officiating.  Visitation will be held at the church from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of the service.

Following the service, the family invites guests to the Short Branch Saloon, 1102 Harrison Street, Neenah.
