Obituary
Frances M. Onderisin, of Neenah, age 91, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 31, 2018, surrounded by family at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. She was born December 4, 1926 in Cleveland, OH, daughter of the late Stephen and Emma (Hegedus) Chernicky.
Frances married George Onderisin on May 24, 1952. He preceded her in death on September 25, 1991. Also preceding her were her brothers: Stven and Norbert; her sister, Patsy; and SIL Greg Strey.
Frances is survived by her sister, Carol Coe; SIL, Barbara Chernicky; eight children: George (Bonnie), James (Beth Miller), Annette, Thomas (Janis), Joseph, Janet (James) Schenk, Robert, and Diane (David) Strey; 11 grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
The Mass of Resurrection will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, 600 Geiger St. Neenah, with Fr. Larry Seidl officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home and again at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the hour of service. Interment will be in St. Margaret's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
