Dad 💙 Thank you for being the best example of how to live a life well. You are everyone’s best friend. You have been consistently  kind, loving, thoughtful and genuine to all. You are one of a kind, irreplaceable and so very loved.

For months on end, I was wanting to purchase a Parade trailer for our Members of VVA Chapter 351 Appleton to ride in the Memorial and Flag Day Parades. Then suddenly Pete comes up to me and says, ' I found a trailer, go look at it, if it meets your needs I will purchase and donate it to the Chapter. A very generous, giving man. Pete, may you Requiescat in Pase.

Pete was a true friend for 58+ years. We stayed in touch. We visited with each other often. We didn't always agree on everything but true friendship never ends. To my brother Marine: May God grant you THE best fishing hole in heaven. Semper Fi. OORAH! To Pete's Family: May God grant you peace, comfort, and strength.
