RICHARD KOSLOWSKI

Richard “Dick” Raymond Koslowski, 75, of Sherwood, WI passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, August 3.

Born in Menasha, WI to Sylvester and Eleanor Koslowski, he lived most of his life in Neenah and Sherwood, WI. He had a great love of the outdoors and enjoyed time with his family up north at the “Big Trees” in Wausaukee.

Dick proudly built a 54-year career as a technical specialist in the flexo printing industry.  His expertise took him on adventures all over the US and Europe.  He took great delight sharing stories about the people, meals and unusual experiences during his many travels.  He was a problem solver and took great care to do his best and do things right the first time.  In his spare time, he proudly and meticulously created beautiful landscape gardens at home and up north.  The annual deer hunt filled Dick's heart every day.  He found great joy in preparing for the hunt, telling stories and finding just the right spot for his son and granddaughter to sit on opening day. 

Dick was the renaissance Husband, Father and Grandfather.  He would do anything for his family and loved us to the top of the sky.  We are very proud of him.  He left us too soon, but not before he put the best parts of himself in all of us.  He taught us how to live a good life and he will be deeply missed. 

Dick is survived by his wife and best friend Julie (Frank), his son Brian, his daughter-in-law Lori and his granddaughter Aspyn.  We think the world of him and he will always be our beloved mentor, hunting partner and grandfather.  Also missing him and looking for him is his ever- present canine companion, Teddy.

He is also survived by his brother Bob (Carol) of Menasha, sister Jean of Menasha, nephews Aaron (Terry) Koslowski Land O' Lakes, MN, Nathan, Minneapolis, MN and Seth (Debbie) Koslowski Denver, CO, as well as his many loving cousins, former co-workers, neighbors and friends.
