CHARLES FULCER

Charles A. “Chuck” Fulcer, of Menasha, age 65, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 1, 2017, at Cherry Meadows Hospice.  He was born July 5, 1952 in Milwaukee, son of the late Earl and Lillian (Fuchs) Fulcer.

Chuck graduated from Appleton East High School.  He married Barb Harwood on June 9, 1973.

Chuck retired from Neenah Foundry where he worked for 41 years.

Chuck and Barb were members of the Fox Valley Harley Owners Group and they enjoyed riding for many years.  Just a couple of his passions were collecting Harley Davidson memorabilia and Hot Wheels and other die-cast cars. 

In his younger years Chuck was a member of a band where he played guitar and toured the area playing gigs.  He also greatly enjoyed Bass fishing.  Chuck loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Barb; two children: Mark (Jene) Fulcer, Jennifer (Eric) Schramm; four grandchildren: Logan and Austin Fulcer, Lillian and Emily Schramm; and seven brothers and sisters: Earl (Joyce) Fulcer, Lucy Holzer, Patricia (Ron) Boettcher, Linda (Andrew) Vogel, Darlene (Timothy) Knight, Sandra Theabo, Rick (Tammy) Fulcer.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 4, 2017, at Menasha's Westgor Funeral Home.  The visitation will be held from 9:30 AM until the hour of service.  In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in his name.
