TYLER-JOE HOUG

Tyler-Joe M. Houg, age 34, left us too soon on Friday, January 12, 2018.  Tyler was born on July 27, 1983 to Mark and Jodi Houg and resided in Neenah.  After high school, Tyler began working at Miller Electric and was there for 16 years.  Tyler was a true outdoorsman.  He loved to hunt, fish, and go sturgeon spearing.  Tyler was truly at home and at peace in the outdoors and loved hunting of all kinds, especially bird hunting.  He always was an active person and enjoyed playing baseball, volleyball, and softball.  Tyler was loved dearly by his family and friends, and he will be greatly missed.

Tyler is survived by his father Mark Houg; siblings Alexi Houg and Brandon (Skye Mulder) Houg; grandmothers Donna Houg and Mary Miller Wenzel; nieces and nephews: Bryce, Connor, Kaylie, Braden, and Madison; aunts and uncles: Lori (Mike) Dobeck, Julie (John) Anderson, Kevin (Penny) Wheaton, Kimberly (Chuck) Cerull, and Skye (Steve) Meidam; he is further survived by cousins: Courtney, Luke, Blake, Savannah, Jaime, Jaclyn, Theresa, Bryan, Brianne, Savannah, Cole, Kenlie; god father Larry Birling; and his fur-baby and companion Macy.

Tyler was preceded in death by his mother Jodi Houg, grandpas Kenneth Houg and Ronald Miller, uncle Scott Wheaton, and Austin Birling. 

The Memorial Service for Tyler will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Menasha's Westgor Funeral Home, 1140 Appleton Road, Menasha.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of the service.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.  A memorial gathering will continue after the service with food at Lake Park Pub, 8904 Lake Park Road, Menasha.
