SEAN TOBIN

Sean M. Tobin, age 31, of Minneapolis, MN passed away suddenly on Tuesday morning, March 20, 2018.  He was born on August 7, 1986 in St. Louis, MO; second-born son to Michael F. Tobin and Rosemary M. Kennedy.  When Sean was young his family relocated to Neenah, Wisconsin where Sean graduated from High School.  After graduation Sean set out to further his education at UW Milwaukee and the University of Minnesota.  Sean had a zest for life, and a passion for the good life.  He was a gifted guitar player, song writer, and performer.   In Minneapolis he started a band, “Aziza” which afforded him the opportunity to share his music.  Sean loved to travel; he desired to see the whole world, and adored Puckane, Ireland.  Sean also had a deep affinity for animals.  In his free time he enjoyed reading, riding his bike, and time spent with his beloved family and friends.  Sean was a kind, generous, and gentle soul, who will be forever missed, but never forgotten.

He is survived by his parents: Michael and Rosemary; a brother, Matthew (Margo) Tobin, and their son, Declan, Jacksonville, Florida; a sister, Sarah Tobin, Jacksonville, FL; grandmother, Joan Tobin, St. Louis, MO; a very special aunt, Susan Kennedy; many other aunts, uncles, cousins; and numerous friends.  He was preceded in death by grandparents: Paul R. Tobin; Jimmy and Rita Kennedy.

Sean's life will be celebrated on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home.  Friends are invited to gather with the family from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Sean's name may be given to Animal Humane Society, 1115 Beulah Ln., St. Paul, MN 55108.
