KARIN FIEDLER

Karin Christine Fiedler, 56, died on Monday, May 21st, 2018 in her home, surrounded by her family, who love her dearly. She was born on December 3rd, 1961 in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter and youngest of John and Christine Ratschan's two children.

Karin battled brain cancer for 7 years. Her family is so blessed to have been able to walk through that long fight by her side, and so honored to have been able to be with her as she finally came to rest. No one could have been more loved.

On Valentine's Day, 1992, she was united in marriage to her best friend, Kevin Fiedler, on a cruise in the Virgin Islands, with only some of their closest family members present.

They had 6 children together between 1992 and 1999, and Karin dedicated her life to homeschooling them and raising them to reflect their parents' high character and strong moral convictions.

She spent every spare moment that she had gardening, creating, decorating, and loving others, putting them before herself. She always set her numerous talents to work for the good of those around her.

She is survived by her husband, Kevin Fiedler; six children, Karmen Fiedler (age 25), Kameron Fiedler (age 24), Karynna (Jake) Scheich (age 22), Karis Fiedler (age 21), Kolton Fiedler (age 19), and Kianna Fiedler (age 18); her parents John and Christine Ratschan; her brother, Walter Ratschan, as well as all of her loving and devoted in-laws. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Kamille.

The funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 31st 2018 at 6:00pm, with a viewing beforehand, beginning at 4:00pm. The 6pm service will be followed by a time of fellowship. The viewing, service, and reception will be at Calvary Bible Church, 1450 Oakridge Rd., Neenah, WI.
